What is The Alignment Practice?
The Alignment Practice (TAP) is a 75 minute class in Redbourn, Hertfordshire, led by Ali Scott - Integrative Therapist, Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator, and Dan Levick - Personal Trainer, Rehab Specialist and Ropeflow Expert.
TAP is a chance to tone your nervous system, strengthen your muscles, learn some amazing new skills, gain insights that you will take away into your daily life, have fun, and come home to your body.
This class is for you if:
You have a busy mind and want to recalibrate your nervous system
You want to build physical strength in a way that really works
You feel disconnected from your body
You want real results: strength, calm, and clarity
Interoception - at the heart of TAP
Interoception is the ability to feel what’s happening inside you, and is the thread that runs through everything we do in The Alignment Practice.
It’s the sense of whats happening inside your body - heartbeat, breath, muscle tension, feelings, emotions, and the subtle sense of stress or calm. It’s often called the body’s “sixth sense”, distinct from the other five as it’s how we pick up our inside world, not the outside.
The Alignment Practice trains interoception from several different angles, helping you tune into internal signals that most people tune out all day, day after day.
